Purchased a new washer/dryer - water pipe banging (water hammer) problem

we recently purchased a new stackable LG washer and dryer, it works great but i noticed the water pipe in the back moves and bangs against the washing machine or piping around it. It doesn't do this the entire time, only at the beginning of starting the washer. Our previous maytag washer/dryer did not have this problem. Is there a solution for this? I heard of installing Arrestors that may solve the issue but I did some googling and noticed some said the issue came back a few months later. We live in a rented place therefore I do not want to cause any harm, will continued use of the machine with the banging cause damage to anything? Or should I look at another brand. i attached a picture with an arrow on the pipe i see that moves and bangs
