Need stucco, can't afford it done this year...

Hey everyone, I've recently put up my garage, finished roofing and am installing doors and windows this week, including my overhead. I need to get it weatherproofed, and can't afford the 5k hit for stucco on the building that seems to be the qualified price for a decent reputable insured (WCB) company. My question is, if I cannot get it done this year, whats my best course of action. Tyvek builders paper, thick felt? Not sure what to wrap with! Thanks
