media filter help

I appreciate your help on validating the system components in a previous post. I have a follow-up question.

I am replacing my current system with the following A/S components:
AUH2D120A9V5 - Gold ZM furnace 120K/DC motor
4A7A3060D1000A - Silver 13 AC - 5 ton
4TXCD061BC3HCB - coil - 5 ton
12" box under the furnace
12 x 25 return drop

The installer originally specified an Air Bear 20x25 media filter. He is now concerned that will not be sufficient for the coil/furnace. In reading the installation specs, the furnace calls for 24X25X1 filter.

The installer suggested switching to a standard 25x25x1 filter. The other suggestion was to use a Dynamic filter. I really like the advantages of the media filter and would like to use the solution.

In reading other posts, I saw that some installs of the low-efficiency furnaces allow for a filter on each side. It is my understanding that this is not possible with the high-efficiency model because of the condensation drain. Being a creative home-owner, and not a professional HVAC person, I am wondering if we can mount two Air Bear media cabinets on top of each other to provide reduced static pressure. This could effectively increase the filter to either 40 X 25 (using two 20 x 25 x 5) or 32 x 25 (using two 16 x 25 x 5). The furnace opening/12" box could be partitioned into two openings to accommodate mounting each unit.

At 1,600 CFM:
A single 20x25x5 has a PD of 0.17/0.21 for MERV-8/MEV-11
Two 20x25x5 has a PD of 0.07/0.07 for MERV-8/MERV-11
Two 16x25x5 has a PD of 0.09/0.12 for MERV-8/MERV-11

We run our blower motor 24x7.

1) Have you installed a single 20X25x5 air bear with similar sized equipment and experienced issues with static pressure?
2) Has anyone installed in this "unique" stacked manor?
3) Any concerns with structural integrity on the furnace for the stacked manor?
4) Any other concerns or suggestions on how to accomplish an install using a 5" media filter?

Thanks
