commercial vs residential fixtures

I am in search of a set of plumbing fixtures that includes a non-diverter, wall-mount tub spout, hot/cold valve, diverter valve, shower head and hand shower. This is hard to come by, as most brands/lines might be missing one or two of those items. That being said, I found a Moen set that was dubbed "commercial," Moen T8343EP15CBN. What makes a fixture commercial specifically? Does this make it unfit for residential use in some way? Would I expect lesser or greater quality or finish? I would like to understand all the ways this product might differ from a residential version. The one thing it is described as which would be different than in residential is that it is "vandal resistant," and I would also like to know... how so? Thanks.
