Outside faucet id

Hello forum,

I have an older outside faucet that leaks from the knob shaft when turned on while the hose nozzle is closed.



I removed the screw from inside the knob, loosened the threaded collar around the shaft, but couldn't actually get to any replaceable parts.



Can someone ID this faucet and suggest a way to service it or remove/replace it entirely? It's on an outside wall and there is a removable plywood cover that may provide access to the behind the wall parts if needed.
